      ECHINACEA // Immune System Booster

Echinacea purpurea tincture. Echinacea, also known as purple coneflower, is one of the most well-known, mainstream herbs for cold and flu support. When taken at the onset of symptoms (think that first inchy feeling in the back of the throat) it awakens the body's defenses and can reduce the severity and duration of the cold or upper respiratory infection.

Echinacea has been used in North America for well over 400 years by the Great Plains peoples and was supposedly referred to as "elk root" after sick and wounded elk were observed eating the plant.

Take a dropperful straight, dilute in water or mix with honey (raw, local is best) regularly during flu-season.  Take straight up to 3x/daily during symptom onset.

Packaged in 1 oz amber glass bottles with dropper top.
