Are NSFW profile pics allowed on Telegram?

Are NSFW profile pictures allowed on Telegram? Or could my account be banned soon? Has anyone experienced such a ban?

I very often see both profiles with naked pictures and whole groups, including open ones, in Telegram. So it is probably possible to post such photos there.
