  • My card was charged, but I never received the course access, and the payment wasn’t reflected on my account. I contacted their support team multiple times, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. I’m not sure if this is a common issue, but it really left me questioning the reliability of Hotmart’s payment system. Has anyone else dealt with similar problems?
