Has anyone had issues with Best Buy’s customer service?

  • Recently purchased a laptop from Best Buy, but it had a defect right out of the box. I contacted their customer service, but the process of getting a replacement has been frustratingly slow. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced similar problems and how they handled it.
