You may also know the dragonfruit as a pitaya, or as a strawberry pear. Whatever you call it, you absolutely know one when you see one! That hot pink to deep red scaly exterior against the inner white or burgundy interior (speckled with tiny black seeds) is just magnificent. Plus, it tastes and smells delicious! That light, fresh, slightly herbaceous aroma pairs so well with hints of bright lemon and succulent vanilla. We think you’re going to be a big fan of dragon fruit now.
