Warm late summer figs offered on a platter with warm honeycomb, almonds, coumarin, and sips of red wine.

Sweet red wine in the bottle. Goes on as sangrìa. The honey note comes in as it dries — it’s very thick, a little too heady — but this disappears quickly, and the warm spiced fig is where it dries and stays. This is a really great note, but definitely more fall than summer.
