Several things helped me: first, I got into the habit of airing out my bedroom before bed: fresh air does the trick. Second, I tried listening to relaxing podcasts or just the sounds of rain: my brain somehow switches off more easily. Most importantly, I put my phone away at least half an hour before bed, because it only makes me more alert. I also added light therapy, bought a luminette lamp, and turned it on in the morning for a few minutes. Try one of these, or all of them together.
What, no one else has encountered this?
For the second week now I have not been able to fall asleep normally, I toss and turn for a long time, and in the morning I feel exhausted, because of this loss of energy. I started looking for information on how to improve sleep without pills, but so far I can’t find anything other than physical exercise and what I’m already doing. Maybe you have proven methods or advice that really work?
