Why did I feel nauseous using vr?

I got vr glasses not too long ago, and I guess I got lucky ‘cause I didn’t really have any side effects. But honestly, I mainly wanted to try those free vr porn games by braindance, which I randomly stumbled upon. At first, I thought it would be some low-quality junk, but it turned out to be an insanely well-made project. Let’s be real, most people like porn, and in this quality? Even better. So yeah, I’d say it’s worth checking out.

I think it’s just a matter of getting used to it. I felt a little dizzy at first, but then my brain adjusted, and now it’s fine. But if vr actually makes you feel sick, I wouldn’t force it.

I later read that a lot of people experience this. Honestly, I’m not sure if it’s just a normal reaction or if some people are just naturally unable to use vr because of their vestibular system or whatever. What do you think?
