Papa's Waffles

Early morning, the coffee is perking, the waffles are crispy and served in a pool of butter and maple syrup. This one is sweet and comforting and lasts well on me.

I get straight waffles from this. Other other notes don't show up too much.

Fresh waffles, hot maple syrup, cozy flannel shirt, a whiff of bourbon

Maple and baked something in the bottle and on application — a sweet pastry. There's definitely a sweet black coffee note which develops as it dries; there's no milk or cream in it at all. It verges on a too-much Turkish coffee for a bit. Goes maple-coffee for a while, and then finishes as a nice toasty coffee.
