We're an indie perfume company, which means we make each order, by hand, one at a time. It also means we make our scents and body products in small batches. We also rotate our scents throughout the year, so check back regularly to see what's available!
If you've ordered a subscription bag, those always ship separately from any other order, from the 15th-29th of every month for that month's bag. For example, October's bags ship from the 15th-29th of October. Shipping speeds are separate from order processing time; if you pick 2-day shipping at checkout, that shipping speed applies once the order gets to the shipper. It does not mean your order will be processed and sent in 2 days! It means it will be sent in 2 days shipping AFTER it has processed through our lab. So take note of current turnaround time before you order if you have a tight deadline for delivery!
We do our best to make your orders in a timely fashion and make sure they arrive to you in tact and perfect in every way. But, if something breaks in transit, or the wrong item was shipped to you (we are merely human, after all) please send us an email with your order number and what went wrong to firstname.lastname@example.org.
