This scent was Day 12 in our Yule Advent Calendar.
When the rosemary bush in your front yard grows a thin little beard, it's called Hoarfrost. Frost can be anything, but Hoarfrost is a particular crystalline structure that forms when water vapor freezes. Personally, I prefer the SUN OF SUMMER, but if I must I will endure the breathtaking beauty of snowflakes piling up on a branch, the smooth glistening surface of a freshly frozen pond, and yes, the meticulously delicate structure of hoarfrost forming on the tips of the pines outside my window. The best I can get is when it's so cold that I take a deep breath and my nose hairs freeze instantly, now THAT IS THE ULTIMATE VERSION OF HOARFROST.
Note: Beth, who has blended some of our most popular fragrances, also has a scent named Crux in her shop, Overmorrow, though these scents are very different takes on. the same concept!
