My order arrived quickly and came with another trial size, which I appreciate. I was also overjoyed to discover what scent Sucreabeille and Malevolent came up with together. Unfortunately, it’s not for me but the scent makes sense. While I did not order the full size, the packaging on it looks lovely as well.

This fragrance is outstanding. I bought the sample size first to see if I'd like it, and their samples come in these cute tiny bottles in a little black pouch. There is a real handmade-but-high-quality feel to it as a product. As for the fragrance itself, it's beautifully complex and mysterious. I'm a fan of Malevolent, so I was primed to be curious. My taste in scents is pretty narrow, but every note listed is one I enjoy. My honest concern, though, was whether it would be too many good things fighting for attention and end up smelling like nothing. I am clearly not a perfumer. I had my normie straight-guy friend smell this blind (ha), and he said, "I hate how this will make me sound, but that scent tells a *story.*" I said, "Funny you should use that word--" Anyway, I'm buying a big bottle.

Absolutely fantastic scent! Blackstone invokes a feeling of quiet power right off the bat, strength that doesn't need to shout to present itself. It's long lasting but not overwhelming and feels like a fitting homage to a fantastic podcast. The package came with a handful of complementary products(a wonderful Amber Fire lotion that dried light and left no oily residue, a cute Hedge Witch pin, and a sample of my absolute favorite scent, Agent of Chaos) that were above and beyond what I expected to receive. 10/10 in my book!

I love the Malevolet podcast and always want to support it however I can, so when I saw that Sucreabeille collab'd with them to make a special scent, I was stoked!! Immediately grabbed a sample - and to my absolute delight, it has the exact notes that I love to wear most! I will definitely be getting a full size bottle. Love this so much!! Thank you! "Classically Masculine" indeed. Malevolent BLACKSTONE opens with bright citrus from the Yuzu and Lime, which lingers... lifting the fragrance as it settles into what is otherwise a mostly, earthy woody scent. And I do love a woody scent! This will join Heartwood and Libertine as one of my go-tos.
