I bought this as a long time WTNV listener, and I love the smell. On me it smells pretty strong, but it's a beautiful outdoorsy smell, it makes me think of walking through a windy desert.

Welcome to Night Vale, a small desert town where the friendly voice of the community radio station keeps everyone up-to-date on local news, like the Forbidden Dog Park (no dogs or humans allowed) or the hooded figures often seen in Grove Park. The radio is a comforting companion while the dry, smoky breeze blows across the desert under a dark sky that is nearly empty except the distant stars, and the terrible moon, and the unidentified hovering lights, and the government helicopters monitoring our activity. I bought this just because I’m a WTNV fan, and I love it! It’s strange, but in a pleasant way, smoky and mossy, and softens as the day goes on. I feel like a desert witch wearing it and that’s definitely a positive!
I’m new to perfume, currently on my signature scent journey, and my feed brought Mostly Void, Partially Stars straight to me! As a longtime WTNV fan and certified desert rat, I knew I had to try this. Someone likened it to Icy Hot and I agree when it’s initially sprayed onto my skin, but through the day it gets sweeter and deeper, like being in the middle of nowhere in the dead of night. Needless to say, I’m obsessed with Sucrabeille and this scent!
I have been Obsessed with WTNV for at least the last 13 years, and for this scent to just perfectly capture that tiny desert community is incredible, my goodness. I wish I got the full size!
Love this scent! I bought it more because I am a dedicated WTNV fan and I was interested in the scents, and I'm happy to say that this will definitely become a regular in my scent repertoire. I have a soft spot for the American Southwestern deserts. This fragrance is sweet and earthy, with the hit of thyme almost giving a mint-cool sensation that feels like the desert breeze at night. No regrets about buying the full sized bottle, the engraving is gorgeous and I think this scent is super unique. Have not come across another fragrance like it!

The scent is cold, smoky and strange but in the best way. Pleasantly present but unobtrusive. The bottle is beautiful and they fill it right to the top. It's a nice scent to fall asleep with too because it's cooling (or maybe that's just my synesthesia).

As a from-the-beginning WTNV fan, I bought this the MOMENT I knew it existed. Mostly Void, Partially Stars is a trust the process scent for me. In the bottle,it smelled like a sexy IcyHot. Yet when it dries on skin, it expands into a heady, warm desert breeze at midnight. The sage and salt really shine. The smokiness is subtle, like a bonfire at the edge of town. I can see this being my early autumn go-to.
Really wanted to like this fragrance as a long time Night Vale fan. I blind bought the full bottle because it was so pretty. The sage (?) fragrance unfortunately goes really medicinal and menthol on me. It’s a little bit better in the dry down but just not something I want to smell like.

Ivecbeen listening to welcome to nightvale since the first year it came out, and collect perfumes as a hobby. When I saw they had a perfume I absolutely HAD to have it. Mostly Void, Partially Stars dos not disappoint! The Notes are beautiful and feel mysterious and fresh at the same time. I was buyingjt for the bottle alone due to my love for Nightvale but I am absolutely loving the scent and will be wearing it regularly! Perfumes with the same vibe would be Nosferatu by heretic and Heathens, Cowboys and the Samta Ana Winds by discotheque. I am so glad to find another niche perfumery that does amazing work. The bottle is so cute too, etched glass and all. I amd goingto treasure it and prbbaly buy a backup bottle soon!
