Scent Notes: A worn flannel shirt that still smells like last week’s nighttime beach bonfire, paired with a well-loved leather jacket, camphor and vetiver, and sweetgrass.
The news reporter was live on air, staring directly into the camera. He was clearly trying to maintain control in a situation of pure chaos. He was sweating bullets, but his voice was (mostly) calm as he said, “We’re reporting live. Something is attacking the city, destroying buildings, throwing cars through the air, decimating everything in its path. We’re going live to our reporter in the field, Tammy Townsend. Tammy, what’s the situation?”
Tammy took over the right half of the screen. Well, her hair took up most of it. It was permed and teased to the heavens, and clashed garishly with her bright blue eyeshadow. “Tammy Townsend here, reporting live for Channel 3 News,” she said, then let out a nightmarish smoker’s cough. Even the cameraman flinched, and you could hear him mutter something about her smelling like wine coolers and gas station perfume. “Pardon me. Our city is under rampaging attack! Some gigantic creature has been wandering around, smashing buildings, flinging people like they are rubber bands. Rumor is it’s an oversized humanoid of some kind, but all we know is-”
Before she could finish her sentence, a cacophony of noises began in earnest. The sound of a building being smashed to the ground just off-camera could be heard, along with high-pitched screams. The camera fell as the cameraman ran away in the opposite direction, looking for safety. The camera picked up Tammy staring up into the sky, before she was picked up by a giant hand and thrown, screaming, into the sky. “There are giants in the sky!” someone yelled as they fled the scene. Another building collapsed.
Suddenly, colossal animals filled the sky and came crashing down. First there was a giant panda; moments later, a giraffe. A raccoon had begun to fall when, suddenly, everything quieted. The giant humanoid was floating back up into the sky, apparently holding the raccoon in its fist. The townspeople watched, shocked.
“Mommy!” Beth yelled, holding her raccoon in her small fist. “I was destroying the town! I’m a giant!” Her mom set her down and kissed the top of her head. “You are a giant, sweetheart, but even giants need to take a bath sometimes. Do you want your Tammy doll?” She gave the doll to Beth, who promptly flung it against the wall so hard her head popped off. “Okay, so that’s a ‘no,’ got it. Let’s go take a nice, hot bath, and wash all the destruction off of you!” Beth ran down the hall toward the bathroom as her mom surveyed the damage to the living room … and the kitchen, dining room, sunroom, and every visible surface in the entire house. She heaved a large sigh when she heard an even larger splash from the bathtub. She ran down the hallway and into the bathroom, where Beth was now a sea monster flooding the whole room. “My sweet little Agent of Chaos,” she said quietly to the laughing Beth.

This was a stacking tier goodie from the labor day sale and I soo happy I got it. I haven’t let it rest yet, but straight from the bottle, and on my skin, it smells sooo good. All the notes are there. It’s comforting, warm, there’s a little zing somewhere in there that I haven’t placed yet. But this is going to be a purchase in a larger amount asap. This would be a good unisex fragrance. Theres no sweetness here.
It absolutely smells like I was just next to a campfire. Will be getting a full size at some point. Love the smoky-ness of it
This is a scent for someone, but definitely not for me. I don't get anything leathery, I just get straight up acrid smoke, like the aftermath of a bonfire of old wood that things have animals have been nesting in. Approximately 8 hours after application, a coworker went on a tear about "it smells like someone just put a match out. What's burning, it smells like something's on fire..." Needless to say, I won't be wearing it anymore!
Love this one. Spicy, warm flannel and leather. This smells like a bonfire in the woods. Like comfortable clothes and hanging with the person you love who is wearing their old leather jacket.
One of my favorite scents! Smokey and cuddly, with a touch of danger. I came to order more, but now it’s been retired! I’m really hoping this scent comes back.
Got this small one from my eldest who shops here regularly and it makes me want to buy a bigger size so I don’t run out. I love this scent! It makes me think of happy times at the Texas renaissance festivals we use to go to.
This smells like home in the late summer. Smokey, sweet, a little like incense. Definitely strong, but not overpowering.
Agent of Chaos was not my favorite at first. After 2-3 weeks, it has definitely changed for the better, and I love it. If you didn't like this one at first, to back and smell it again! There's definitely the "I was at a bonfire last night and haven't washed the smoke out of my hair yet" smell that I was hoping for!
This was a free sample with my first order. I didn't try it right away, as I was in love with my roller of Here's the Thing, F*ck Everyone (which I am obsessed with and had to get the spray too.) So I finally got around to trying this one, and I have to say I wasn't impressed at first. But after giving it a couple more tries it's growing on me. There is something cozy and comforting about this scent; maybe it's the flannel and leather, although I can't pick out any one note. My problem right now is which scents to try next...

Agent of Chaos came as a small ml sample with an order I got a while back, and it very quickly surpassed the item I had actually gotten in terms of favorites. The first test from the bottle was a bit overpowering and sharp, but upon application it warmed up into this beautiful cozy scent that reminded me of the rock and crystal shop I grew up visiting in my home town — akin to incense in all the best ways, smoky and warm, and I've been unable to find anything that holds a candle to Agent of Chaos since then. It would make me beyond estatic to see this item brought back so I can use this more often than just special occasions. I would love to make this a signature scent.

Hmmm...I have to wait for this to age a little. It seemed to smell a little different than the last bottle I bought. Hopefully it wasn't some change in the formula. I wear this scent in memory of my mom, a certified agent of chaos, who taught me in her ways.
Agent of Chaos (what a great name by the way and that excellent bottle art, as all the bottles possess) is my second favorite perfume ever, only topped by Assbutt, but sometimes i have hard time deciding which is my favorite. It is really one of the most unique, complex, and full of depth perfumes ever and i wish to give it the spotlight and love it deserves❣️❣️🌞 Agent of Chaos is of course a vetiver dominant perfume, so understanding and liking vetiver is a must in appreciating this perfume. To me, vetiver smells like slightly carbonated green-blue grass with a smooth smoky facet. Rich and flamboyant. Vetiver would be the life of a scent note party lol...😂😎 This perfume has all the magic of vetiver with leathery and slightly sweet notes. And camphor, with its cooling and medicinal properties, is like the icing on a vetiver cake. (I love camphor in perfume, please make more perfumes with camphor, camphor so good)❣️❣️ Side note: i am currently the proud owner of two bottles of Sucreabeille perfume. Love the bottles, the quality of the glass, the labels, and the aforementioned label art. But what really stands out is the quality of the sprayers. You can press down with confidence to release your superior perfume. It is very sturdy and not flimsy in any way. I only mention this cuz i have come across other perfume bottles that are good in every way except it has a sub par sprayer, which is as precarious as climbing a mountain with high heels lol.😂 My Top 5: 1. I got a small vial of Agent of Chaos as a bonus when I purchased something else. It's a very nice scent. I accidentally licked my finger after applying a bit on the pulse points and discovered it also tastes surprisingly nice. Reminds me of sneaking around an elderly relative's house as a kid, when life's dusty corners were full of mystery and mischief.
