Scent Notes: Red and white musks, hay accord, pumpkins, blood oranges, burning leaves, white amber.
You rise with the sun, your curtains open to let the light spill in. You’ve been an early riser since childhood, preferring to get up and get your day started instead of sleeping in (or sleeping to a “normal” time). You put on your favorite leggings, sports bra, and moisture-wicking top, and do a few sun salutations and stretches to get your muscles activated. Sure, it’s a Saturday, but why sleep in on your days off? You slather on some SPF 50 all over your arms, face, neck, and ears. You lace up your running shoes, grab your fanny pack that you prepped the night before with snacks and your keys, snatch up your bottle of water, and head outside.... Solar witch is warm, comfy, dreamy, and fresh- it’s like zoning out in a warm spot outdoors, around the shoulder season of the equinox. Working in a clean barn that’s just been filled with good, fresh hay.
Sweet with the hay accords coming through to make it a bright autumn day scent. The pumpkin adds a lovely “spice, but not spicy” note. I asked my young child to smell it, and they said they “want to smell it forever!
I love this one! The musks and pumpkin mingle so perfectly especially for this time of the year (October)! I’ve got to wear this one more often or get a bigger size for sure.
This smells exactly how the feeling of a gorgeous blue skied, sunny fall day surrounded by changing leaves in a pumpkin patch that offers hay rides should smell. It's not too sweet, it's slightly spicy, and it's a perfect everyday autumn scent. I can't wait to pull this back out during my favorite season! I bought the full size bottle knowing that I'd love it based off of the scent notes and I'm glad that I did.
Very Fall/Winter but really good anytime of year. It’s warm and comfortable like being inside by the fire on a cold day during the first snow fall. The leaves can be too much in some scents but it’s perfect in this one. Smells like harvest and cozy warm tea and pies baking.
Currently obsessed with Suc and their scents. I love unique blends, as much of the typical commercial perfume is either granny-musk or cotton-candy-stripper, neither of which fit my aesthetic. Solar Witch is my go-to: feminine but strong, smells like fall but not a cookie. The rollerball is sizeable and a good deal for the price. Everybody comments on how the scent is "very me". ;-)
This is a lovely perfume. It smells exactly like one of those boardwalk hippy/witchy shops where you can find tie-dye om wall hangings and small batch artisnal incense when you're on vacation. It's warm and comforting
My cooperating teacher got me this as a sample. I tried it and loved it. It smells like my boyfriend's beard oil. Wearing it makes me feel like I have him with me all the time. I spilled the rest of the bottle on myself on the day of my licensure exam, and I passed with flying colors! Now this is my signature scent. I could never be without it.
So this was my first 10ml after getting a sample. This smells like a ritzy headshop. I know the notes are leaning towards fall but this is going to be my all the time fragrance. Out of over 100 samples this is hands down my favorite. I also love layering it with Bloodline.
Smells a bit like licorice to me at first. Then it's like a fruity, hay and burning leaves. The dry down is when the amber shows up.This was supposed to be a gift but I ended loving it! Perfect for fall.
I’ve been a member of the Suc Facebook group for years. I’ve only started ordering in the last couple months. This is like the fall scent you can wear all year long. Incredible.
I tried several of the witches, but it wasn't until Solar that I found my scent. The hay accord adds a toastiness and warmth that is so lovely. It's all very the Wisconsin countryside during harvest - warm sun, dry leaves, and the bales stretched across the fields, perfect for climbing. It's nostalgia and all things beautiful about a country childhood.
Solar Witch is amazing! I bought samples of most of the witches and this one is my favorite. It’s warm and spicy with a hint of orange. I plan to buy a full size soon.
I had high hopes for this, especially as I’m a sun witch! The leaves are evident straightaway. But then there’s just a powdery, flowery, mystery mush, like walking into a Victorian confectioners and being surrounded by endless pastel-colored pressed-sugar sweets. So I was disappointed, and was glad to wash it off.
Solar Witch is my absolute favorite. As the name suggests, it smells like sunshine. It's really uplifting, automatically improves my mood and brings a smile to my face.
