"What did you just say?"
There I go again, putting my foot in my mouth. Once the words hop on the Loudmouth Express, there is no slowing them down. Is it slightly insulting? Am I about to dramatically embarrass myself during the annual job evaluation again? Is it actually a little weird and perhaps disturbing? Is this actually a hill I want to die on? DOESN'T MATTER!! It's on the Express now buddy, and it's coming out whether any of us like it or not. And what happens if I try to stop it? If I kidnap the train conductor and pull the emergency brake? A total derailment! The train crashes and my brain will literally explode. (Que train explosion sound effects.)
I Have To Say Weird Stuff Or I'll DieSale price$66.00
I’m getting amber moss musk something I can’t place and zinging squirrel energy. I think I got this as a freebie but I would buy “I have to say weird things or I’ll die”
No trash pandas though. 😉
I think racoon vibes is accurate here. I think at first I found this kinda purfumy and musky and then it got a bit more sweet. The scent grew on me but I don't know if it's one of my favorites. It's complex and does feel kinda weird which matches the theme. Kinda all over the place which is a whole mood.
Got this as a sample scent, and while it's not exactly what I'm looking for, it has a really nice profile and works well with my skin chemistry. The woodiness, musk, oakmoss, and amber were really strong and it has a nice hint of vanilla to it that gives it a pleasant "kick", but I had a harder time identifying other notes within in. Overall not what I'm looking for, but a rather pleasant scent I will consider later after more searching. Very fond of it, at least.
Trying this out more than once, I have come to the conclusion that it is very reminiscent of Bal a Versailles, which I love very much. I think it would layer well and extend the deep amber and powder drydown of that fragrance. Definitely interested in getting the eau de parfum version to see if it is similar in that formulation, considering how expensive that vintage perfume is. I love amber scents and this is a great one, but maybe not for everyone unless these notes play well with their body chemistry.
I had to get this, just because of the name. Unfortunately, I'm just not as thrilled with the scent as I am with the name. It's okay. I still put it on sometimes, hoping that I'll like it more, but I don't think I'll ever get it again. I'm not even sure what it is about it that I don't care for. I just . . . don't.
I am now in love with this company and the perfumes after trying this scent a few others.
Initially I felt like the scent smelled like a bandaid on me (which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars), but it settled into a really nice scent!
